What we're proposing:

A mixed use development:

  • Income to the States of circa £1m per annum or a single capital payment of circa £15m.

  • A 5-star hotel with conference and convention facilities.

  • A department store with food superstore, duty-free and speciality shopping.

  • The provision of a speciality marine-side restaurants, cruise ship terminal, marine and regatta event facility, 150 new marina berths and 30 super yacht berths.

  • Up to 2200 underground parking spaces (1000 public spaces).

  • South-facing, covered, open public spaces.
